With a goal of helping organizations sustain their purpose and scale their impact, the Chick-fil-A Impact Accelerator brings together hundreds of nonprofit leaders for a powerful one-day event. Attendees learn from influential national thought leaders through main stage programming and breakout sessions that cover key industry topics: Leadership, Innovation, Fundraising, Impact, and much more. This year's theme is the Power of Storytelling.
Registration is open to executive directors and leaders of 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, and we ask that no more than two leaders attend from each organization to allow for more organizations to participate.
Beyond the one-day conference, founders and executive directors of 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations can apply through a grant to participate in the Chick-fil-A Impact Accelerator Cohort Program, a 12-month immersive leadership development opportunity with additional in-depth training, development, and networking. Current year awardees will be announced during the conference and applications for the next cohort will open January 2027.
Organizations that register should have goals that align with Chick-fil-A’s Global Impact pillars: Caring for people, Caring for communities, Caring through food, and Caring for the planet.
Cost To Attend
Chick-fil-A covers the cost for the one-day conference event, valued at over $1000, but participants are required to make arrangements for their own accommodations and travel. Register early as there is a limited capacity for the conference.
